Replacing Apple Devices

Below is a list of Apple products with recommendations for when to replace old ones. Time for Replacing Apple Products iPhone SE  - could take till 2024 to update with  USB-C (instead of Lightning connector) iPhone -  update in Fall 2023 added USB-C. Update in 2022 added eSims, improved camera, screen and faster processors. Apple also added emergency access to satellite signals for text messaging. AirPods - Fall of 2023 Air Pods got USB-C charging port. AirPod Pro update expected in 3024; last update in September 2022 brought  better noise cancellation and longer battery life.  Apple Watch - Delay until Apple releases its Apple Watch 10 in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025. Last upgrade brought only modest improvements.   iPad -  iPad Mini update expected in Spring

Frequently Asked Question Pages attract prospects, boost rankings, and drive traffic to law firm websites. They save lawyer and staff time by enabling visitors to answer their own questions. FAQ Pages can answer questions about fees, hours, and practice areas. They can also explain common legal problems and how the firm can help solve them. Remember to add a search bar at the top of the FAQ Page and periodically update the answers. Enhance visibility by including a link to the FAQ Page in drop-down menus, footers, and sitemaps. Apps enable  access to data and documents 24/7 at home, on the road, or in the office.   They can  be installed   quickly  on  computers, smartphones , and tablets .  Some apps are free while others require  purchase or  a subscription fee. Avoiding Hackers

Hackers send personalized phishing emails, bogus job offers, extort ransom or use “brute force” to hack into email accounts of unsuspecting lawyers. Avoid being hacked by protecting  your passwords and  adjusting your privacy settings .  Check whether your email was compromised by using an  online tool  posted at the  CyberNews website. Marketing With Videos

Educational videos and webinars are an inexpensive and effective way to attract new clients and keep in touch with existing ones. Webinars can establish your reputation and increase your visibility on the Internet. Consider holding monthly or quarterly webinars as live events and recording them for replay by those unable to attend. Create an archive of past webinars at your firm website and launch a YouTube page to broaden their availability. Designing a Contact Us Page

Contact pages are an essential part of law firm websites. They facilitate communication with prospects and clients by providing the firm's address, phone number, and a form for emailing, or texting, or live chat.  Contact pages can be linked to client relationship software to improve client intake, marketing, and case management. Social audio apps facilitate networking as a broadcaster or a listener. Broadcast from your home or office. Listen while driving, walking, or doing chores. Social Audio is live with no recording or playback. Current platforms include Cappuccino, Clubhouse, Quilt, and Twitter Spaces. Listeners participate by  raising their hand to ask a question or comment.   Social Audio is another way that technology is transforming how lawyers communicate, interact, learn, and market. Protecting Passwords

Getting “pwned”  means that your password has been exposed by a data breach.
